According to the requirements of Prevention and Control of COVID-19, a notice on further strengthening Covid-19 prevention and control work in transportation in Nanjing is released as follows:
1. The general public are recommended to stay in Nanjing if departure is not necessary. For those who do need to leave Nanjing, they should observe the following regulations.
Firstly, passengers who leave Nanjing via airports, railways stations, highway passenger stations or other station and sites (excluding passengers who pass Nanjing for a transfer) must present the green Health Code and hold a certificate of negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours (the requirement for the certificate will be implemented from 0:00 on July 21). Passengers who fail to depart on time due to the lack of a negative nucleic acid test certificate are advised to apply for a refund or change in advance.
Secondly, drivers and passengers driving away from Nanjing by highway should also take a certificate of negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours for inspection.
2. Metro S1 (from Nanjing South Railway Station to Lukou Airport) suspends its operation. Metro S7 and Metro S9 will remain closed and skip the following stations when running through these stations which are located in the medium-risk areas and closed and controlled management areas of Jiangning District and Lishui District. These Stations are South Xiangyu Road Station, Lukou Airport Station, Konggang New Town Jiangning Station, and Tongshan Station.
3. Jiangning Bus Passenger Station and its bus lines halt operation. Both bus lines in and out of Lukou Subdistrict of Jiangning District’s closed and controlled management area and the medium-risk area of Lishui District and bus lines running in the above areas halt operation.
4. The regular Covid-19 prevention and control work in two stations, one airport and one dock” (namely passenger stations, railway stations, Lukou Airport, and Zhongshan Dock ) and in buses, metros and taxis (cruising taxis and online taxis ) will be strengthened. Measures including ventilation and disinfection, mask-wearing, temperature monitoring, and health code check will be implemented.
This notice is to be implemented since 21st , July, 2021.
