On October 14th, the 2024 Global Conference on National Evaluation Capacity, jointly hosted by the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), was held in Yanqing, Beijing. The theme of this conference was Responsive Evaluation: Enabling Government Decision-Making, Promoting Inclusivity and Harmony, and Leading Future Development. More than 500 Chinese and foreign guests from over 100 governments, international organizations, international financial institutions, and think tanks attended the event. Professor Li Qianwen, Vice President of Nanjing Audit University, was invited to participate in the conference and delivered a speech sharing the unique role and practical experience of auditing in the field of evaluation.
